Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval
to a consent to a subletting in respect of property at Acornfield
Road.
 

Decision

The Assistant Executive Director Development
and Infrastructure hereby;
 
a)   
Approves the consent to a subletting in respect of property at
Yardley Road, Knowsley Business Park as detailed within this
report. 
b)   
Authorises the Head of Legal Services to prepare and complete the
necessary legal documentation.
 

Alternative options considered

None.The lessee has a contractual right to
sublet unless the Council as landlord can satisfy reasonable
grounds for refusal.  No such grounds
apply in this case.
