Purpose

To seek approval to the grant of a lease for
an Electricity Substation at Halewood Leisure
Centre, Baileys Lane, Halewood on the main terms referred to
in this report.
 

Decision

The Assistant Executive Director (Corporate
Support) approves the grant of a lease for an Electricity Substation at Halewood Leisure Centre, Baileys Lane,
Halewoodon the main terms and conditions referred to in
this report, whilst authorising the Head of Legal
Services to prepare and complete the necessary legal
documentation.
 

Alternative options considered

None. A lease is required for the apparatus to
be located within the Council’s land.
