Purpose

To place a provisional Tree Preservation Order
on the trees located at 34 Church Road, Roby, Liverpool, L36
9TP 
 

Decision

That the Executive Director (Regeneration and
Economic Development):   
 
Approve, with immediate effect, the making of
a provisional Tree Preservation Order to protect the trees located
at 34 Church Road, Roby, indicated on the photographs attached as
Appendix A and shown on the plan at Appendix B.
 

Alternative options considered

To not impose the Tree Preservation order has
been considered and rejected, as it would not afford the required
protection to the important trees, which has significant amenity
value and under immediate threat from felling.
