Purpose

Following the conclusion of a marketing
exercise and the evaluation of bid submissions received a preferred
bidder has been identified. It is recommended that we proceed with
the preferred bidder and the Head of Legal Service be instructed to
deal with the legal documents required.
 

Decision

The Assistant Executive Director (Development
and Infrastructure) hereby:
 
(i)           
Approves the appointment of a preferred bidder for the development
opportunity as detailed in the report.
 
Authorises the Head of Legal Services to
complete any legal documents required

Alternative options considered

The Council could reject the bids received.
However, as the evaluation process has identified a preferred
bidder it is recommended to proceed to the next stage of the
process.
