Derby Rd, Huyton on revised terms as detailed in the report.

Decision

The Assistant Executive Director Development
and Infrastructure is recommended to:
i.        
Authorise the revised terms of lease for 76 Derby Road, Huyton as
outlined in this report.
ii.        Authorise the
Head of Legal Services to prepare and complete the necessary legal
documentation.

Alternative options considered

None. The property is currently vacant, and
the Council is incurring holding costs until the property is
let.
