Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval
for the award of a service contract to Thomason Partnership Limited
for Prescot Shopping Centre to provide Structural Engineering
Consultancy Services.  A procurement
exercise has been undertaken in accordance with Contract Procedure
Rule 7 and the most economically advantageous bid has been
identified.

Decision

The Assistant Executive Director approves the
award of a service contract for the provision of Structural
Engineer Consultancy Services to Thomason Partnership Limited to
support and enable the design of any future reconfiguration works
to areas of Prescot Shopping Centre.
