Purpose

To seek authorisation of the Highways and
Transportation Capital Programme for 2024/25 and 2025/26 which is
worth approximately £12m, as well as the Highways Asset
Management Revenue Programme which is worth approximately £3m
The programmes will have an impact on all  boroughs within Knowsley, therefore impact on the
community.
