Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval
to the consent to charge in respect of property at Yardley Road,
Knowsley Business Park.

Decision

The Head of Housing and Property hereby
approves the consent to charge in respect of the property at
Yardley Road, Knowsley Business Park, as detailed within this
report.

Alternative options considered

The lease requires the consent of the Council,
as landlord, to charge the property. The Council’s consent
cannot be unreasonably withheld and there is no reason for the
Council to withhold its consent.
