Purpose

To address the harmful impact the site is
having on the amenity of the area due to its condition.

Decision

That the following is authorised:
 
(i)       The service of a
Notice pursuant to Section 215 of the Town and Country  Planning Act 1990, to secure works to address the
poor condition of the land.
 
(ii)       Further action in
the event of non-compliance with the notice issued, including
direct action and/or prosecution.
