Purpose

To seek approval to the grant of new leases in
relation to units within the Prescot Shopping Centre, Prescot, on
the main terms and conditions referred to in the report.

Decision

The Assistant Executive Director (Development
and Infrastructure) approves the grant of leases in relation to
units within the Prescot Shopping Centre, Prescot, on the main
terms and conditions referred to in the report whilst authorising
the Head of Legal Services to prepare and complete the necessary
legal documentation
