Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval to
the granting of consent to three subleases in respect of property
at Acornfield Road, Knowsley Business
Park.
 

Decision

The
Head of Housing and Property hereby; -
 

1)   
Approves the granting of retrospective consent to
three subleases as detailed in this report.
 

2)   
Authorises the Head of Legal Services to prepare and
complete the necessary legal documentation.
