Purpose

A Mechanical, Electrical and
Plumbing Survey (MEP) is required at Huyton Multi-Storey Car Park
(MSCP) and Lansdowne Way Shopping Centre to inform a feasibility
study for sites within the Lathom Rd corridor. The study will guide
and inform proposals contained within the Lathom Rd Feasibility Car
Parking Study commissioned in February 2023

Decision

The
Head of Land and Development is recommended to:
 

1.    
Approve the award of a
contract for the provision of a Mechanical, Electrical, and
Plumbing Survey for Huyton Multi-Storey Car Park and Lansdowne Way
Shopping Centre.
