Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval to
the granting of consent to an assignment of a lease in respect of
property at Ainsworth Lane, Knowsley Business Park.
 

Decision

The
Head of Housing and Property hereby; -
 

1)   
Approves the granting of consent to an assignment of
a lease as detailed within this report.
 

2)   
Authorises the Head of Legal Services to prepare and
complete the necessary legal documentation.
