Purpose

To seek approval for
the creation of posts within the Contact Centre and the extension
of one post within the Customer Experience function within Customer
Services.
 

Decision

The Assistant Executive
Director (Corporate Support) approves the
creation of 2, 12-month fixed term posts (Customer Services Advisor
Grade F) within Customer Services to assist with an increase in
Licensing telephone and online chat contacts and for the extension
of a Customer Experience Officer (Grade H) fixed term post by 12
months to allow for the continuation of corporate customer
experience work.
