The Head of Assets approves the creation of a two-year fixed term Graduate Estates Surveyor post within the Assets Service.

Alternative options considered

There was an option not to put forward the proposal within this report. However, this option was discounted due to ongoing challenges and difficulties in recruiting the right calibre of candidate to vacant posts from the Surveying profession.
