Purpose

To seek approval to grant a Deed of Variation.

Decision

The Director (Development and Infrastructure) hereby;

1. Approves the grant of a Deed of Variation on the terms approved.
2. Authorises the Head of Legal Services to prepare and complete the necessary legal documentation.

Alternative options considered

The above proposal will enable the plan in a lease to be corrected. The Council could refuse consent; however, this would cause issues with the demise of an existing lease.
