Purpose

To seek approval to release of Deed of Covenant in respect of property at Caddick Road, Knowsley Business Park.

Decision

The Director Development and Infrastructure hereby;

a)    Approves the release of Deed of Covenant in respect of property at Caddick Road, Knowsley Business Park as detailed within this report.

b)    Authorises the Head of Legal Services to prepare and complete the necessary legal documentation.

Alternative options considered

The Council could choose not to release the Deed of Covenant, however, this may prevent a sale of property to an expanding Knowsley business.
