Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval to the granting of landlord’s consent to the installation of advertising screens at Halewood Shopping Centre.

Decision

The Director (Development and Infrastructure) approves granting landlord consent for the installation of advertising screens at Halewood Shopping Centre and authorises officers to complete all associated documentation.

Alternative options considered

None.  Under the terms of the lease, the lessee is entitled to proceed unless reasonable grounds for refusal can be demonstrated by the landlord, and no such grounds arise in this case.
