Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval
to the granting of landlord’s consent to a subletting of
property at Webber Road.

Decision

The Head of Housing and Property hereby;
 
1)       Approves the
granting of consent to a subletting of property at Webber Road,
Knowsley Business Park as detailed within this report.
2)       Authorises the Head
of Legal Services to prepare and complete the necessary legal
documentation.
