Purpose

This report provides an overview of a
significant digital transformation opportunity within the Family
Hubs Programme – the development of a digital Family Hub
and/or digital Early Intervention Hub through partnering with a
private company. This report seeks agreement to enter into a
‘proof of concept’ piece of work to explore the local
application of this product as a potential digital transformation
solution supporting a wider approach to early intervention and
prevention across Knowsley’s Children and Families
partnership and beyond.

Decision

The Executive Director (Children) in
consultation with the Cabinet Member with Portfolio for
Children’s services are recommended to agree Knowsley enter
into a proof-of-concept piece of work with Beebot AI to explore the
development of a digital early intervention support hub.
