Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval
to the granting of landlord’s consent to an assignment of a
property at Yardley Road, Knowsley Business Park.

Decision

The Head of Housing and Property hereby:-
 
1.       Approves the
granting of consent to assign a property at Yardley Road, Knowsley
Business Park, as detailed in this report; and
 
2.       Authorises the Head
of Legal Services to prepare and complete all necessary legal
documentation.
