To seek approval for a Deed of Variation at 58

Decision

That the Head of Assets approves the grant of
a Deed of Variation at 58 James Holt Avenue, Kirkby as detailed in
this report and authorises the Head of Legal Services to prepare
and complete the necessary legal documentation.

Alternative options considered

The Council is not under an obligation to
agree to the Deed of Variation. However, the variation will assist
a local business and therefore this option has been rejected.
