Purpose

Approval is sought to implement the Corporate
Automation Platform

Decision

To approve the award of a contract
to UiPath UK Limited for the Corporate Automation Platform via the
G-Cloud 13 framework, with a contract value of up to £226,000
over two years, commencing in January 2025 for an initial term of
24 months, with the option to extend for an additional 12
months. 

 

To approve the separate procurement
and phased engagement of delivery partner(s) under individual
contracts, with a total estimated value of £364,000, to
support Proof of Concept (PoC) development, scaling of automation,
and knowledge transfer during the initial 12-18 months of
implementation. 

 

To delegate authority to the Chief
Digital and Data Officer to finalise and execute the contract
documents for both procurements, ensuring adherence to the
Council’s invest-to-save model, key decision thresholds, and
strategic objectives.
