Purpose

Noting the recommendations in the Kerslake
Review for more streamlined governance and the publicly stated
intention to wind-up Homes for Lambeth, this constitutional panel
is now considered redundant. As such, this decision will remove OSP
from the constitution and references to it from the Shareholders
Agreement.

Decision

1.         
To approve the disbandment of Ownership and
Stewardship Panel by 31 March 2025.

 

2.         
To approve the Council entering into an Amendment
and Restatement Agreement with the HFL companies, in the form
appended to this report, the date of adoption of which is to be
settled between the parties to the Agreement, to be no later than
31 March 2025.
 

3.         
To note that execution of the amendment and
restatement agreement is subject to resolution by the directors of
the HFL companies to adopt the revised form of the SHA, which is
expected to occur no later than 31 December 2024.
