Purpose

Delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Climate and
Inclusive Growth in association with the Deputy Leader of the
Council ( Housing, Investment and New Homes) to make proposed
modifications to the Site Allocations Development Plan Document if
required throughout the Examination process.

The Site Allocations DPD has been submitted to the Planning
Inspectorate for examination. As we go through the next stage of
the process there will be a series of examination hearings which
the Planning Inspector will run to discuss the matters raised.
These discussions may result in the need to make changes to the
SADPD which requires this delegated authority.
