Purpose
Recommend award of two-year contract for the
GBMSM engagement and outreach service of the London HIV Prevention
Programme (LHPP) following a competitive procurement under the
provider selection regime (PSR).
The contracts will be in effect from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027.
Lambeth hosts the LHPP and commissions HIV prevention services on
behalf of all London local authorities.
The recommendations will be set out in CMDDR Gateway 3 Procurement
and Part II reports.
