objections received during statutory consultation (appendix D) to
agree to the implementation of all measures
as shown in Appendix A and Appendix
B, and the making of Traffic Management
Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 124 and Schedule 1 and Part IV
of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
at an estimated cost of
£8,000 to be delivered in March
2025.

Exercise discretion not to hold a public inquiry
pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders
(Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.
