Purpose

To replace the existing primary communal
heating and hot water system pipework at MacIntosh Court
(previously known as 269 Leigham Court Road to comply with planning
requirements. Works are also proposed to carry out extensive
repairs to the existing walkway canopy as it has reached the end of
its economic lifespan.

Decision

1.    
To approve the decision to award the Macintosh Court
– Communal Heating Pipework Rectification Works including
like for like repairs to the existing walkway canopy, to Liberty
Gas Contractors Ltd following a direct award via the Procurement
For Homes framework agreement.
 

2.    
To approve the spend of £2m, with work
anticipated to start in April 2025 for a period of nine
months.
