Following a call-off process, to approve the
decision to enter into a single contract for the provision of a
service within the joint Housing & CSC housing-related support
pathway for young people: Lot 1 Approved Provider List -
Housing-related support.
Decision

To
award
a contract following a call
off competition from the Approved Provider List lot 1 for the
provision of housing-related support for young people
to Metropolitan Thames Valley
Housing (MTVH) for the
provision of nine units of housing-related support for
young males with mental health needs and
additional needs.
2.
To
note that the contract will run
from2 April
2025 to 1 April
2030
with an
option to extend for a further two years to
2032, with a total
value of£1,606,795 without extension and
£2,249,513
with the two-year extension.
