Decision

Following consideration of representations and objections
received during the statutory consultation on an experimental
Traffic Management Order for parking restrictions in the Streatham
Wells LTN shown in appendices B, C, D and E, to authorise the
making of permanent Traffic Management Orders under the provisions
of Sections 6, 45, 46, 124 and Schedule 1 and Part IV of Schedule 9
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to give the restrictions
permanent effect.

 

To
agree that the responses received to the Experimental Traffic Order
(ETO) mentioned at 1, including objections, do not warrant the
holding of a public inquiry.

 

3.    
To approve £6,000 to implement permanently the
double yellow lines that were introduced as part of the Streatham
Wells LTN in Spring 2025.
