Lot 1: To approve the award of Provision of Software
for Licensing, Abandoned Vehicles, Environmental and Highways
Enforcement to Unity Five Limited, for a period of four (4) years,
with a maximum contract value of £277,659. There will be the
option to extend for a further two (2) years (4+2).
 

The initial contract will run from 1 August 2025 to
31 July 2029. If extended for the full term, the contract will
expire on 31 July 2031 and the expected maximum contract value will
be £416,488.

Lot 2: To approve the award of The Provision of
Software for Parking Notice Processing, Permits and Suspensions to
Polaris (formerly Farthest Gate Ltd) for a period of four (4)
years, with a maximum contract value of £1,789,080. There
will be the option to extend for a further two (2) years
(4+2).
 

The initial contract will run from 1 August 2025 to
31 July 2029. If extended for the full term, the contract will
expire on 31 July 2031 and the expected maximum contract value will
be £2,683,620.

Lot 3: To approve the award of Provision of Software
for Back-Office Letter Writing, Policy and Chat Bot service to
Barbour Logic Limited for a period of four (4) years, with a
maximum contract value of £442,960. There will be an option
to extend for a further two (2) years (4+2).
 

The initial contract will run from 1 August 2025 to
31 July 2029. If extended for the full term, the contract will
expire on 31 July 2031 and the expected maximum contract value will
be £664,440.
