Purpose

To vary the existing contracts with Thames
Reach and St Mungo’s for one year, to provide the Rough
Sleeping Accommodation Programme (RSAP) provision within
Lambeth

To approve a waiver of the council’s Contract
Standing Orders para 17.2(a) for the extension of contracts with
Thames Reach and St Mungo’s to deliver services from 1 April
2025 to 31 March 2026 at a total value of £516,994. The total
value, including this extension is £2,449,698.  To facilitate the delivery of the services the
commercial leases will be extended to Thames Reach at 70-72 Acre
Lane and 54 Clarence Avenue for a term from 1 April 2025 until 31
March 2026 on the terms as set out in this report.
