Decision

1.   
To enter into a maintenance contract to the sum of £600 per
year (or up to £3,000 for a five-year period), for an
illuminated gateway sign as part of the Wilcox Road scheme, to be
financed and managed by the Neighbourhood Regeneration team through
existing S106 funding (as above), with Highways acting as the point
of contact. This arrangement occurs outside of the existing PFI
scheme. Additional charges may be incurred depending on
circumstances.
 
2.   
The maintenance contract to commence on Monday 31 March 2025,
running for 12 months until Sunday 29March 2026.
 
3.   
To delegate approval to the Head of Neighbourhood Regeneration, in
consultation with the Head of Highways to renew the contract for
ongoing maintenance, following a trial period of 12 months.
