Decision

1.   To approve £217,778.22 of
Discretionary Charitable Relief in relation to Lambeth Community
Infrastructure Levy for planning permission 20/01885/FUL in
accordance with Regulation 47 of The Community Infrastructure Levy
Regulations 2010 (as amended) to be allocated to The Walcot
Foundation by 31 March 2025.
 
2.   To note that in accordance with Regulation
48 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as
amended), the Council has the power to withdraw and clawback the
granted charitable relief claim within seven years from the
commencement of the development if a “disqualifying
event” occurs (see 2.5 below). In such circumstances the full
Community Infrastructure Levy charge of £217,778.22 would
become payable.
