Purpose

The report proposes that the Council extends
Mobysoft’s RentSense cloud-based software, which is designed
to improve collection rates and reduce arrears by analysing rent
payment patterns and providing predictive intelligence for a
further 24 months from 1 April 2025 at a total contract cost of
£736,950.

Decision

To approve the extension of the contract with Mobysoft Limited via CCS G Cloud 14 Software, for
the provision of RentSense for 24
months from 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2027 at a cost of
£736,950.
