To award contract following tender for
services currently within Independent Living and Carers Partnership
contract.
Decision
1.
To approve the award of the following contracts for prevention,
carers, advocacy and direct payments services:

Lot 1: For the provision of a Direct Payments Support Service to
The Disability Syndicate, at an estimated cost of £109,484
per annum with a total contract value, including extensions, of
£766,394 from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2030
·
Lot 2: For the provision of Advocacy Services to VoiceAbility, at an estimated cost of
£487,800 per annum with a total contract value including
extensions, of £3,414,600 from 1 July 2025 to 30 June
2030
·
Lot 3: For the provision of a Carers Support Service to Carers Hub,
at an estimated cost of £294,685 per annum with a total
contract value, including extensions, of £2,062,795 from 1
July 2025 to 30 June 2030

Lot 4: For the provision of Adult Social Care Community
Preventative Services to Age UK Lambeth, at an estimated cost of
£550,790 per annum with a total contract value, including
extensions, of £3,855,530 from 1 July 2025 to 30 June
2030

Lot 5: For the provision of an Adult Social Care (ASC) Service
Directory to Ayup Digital, at an
estimated cost of £23,000 per annum with a total contract
value, including extensions, of £161,000 from 1 July 2025 to
30 June 2030
The contracts will run for five years from 01
July 2025- 30 June 2030, with an option to extend for up to an
additional two years, to 30 June 2032.
