Purpose

To endorse the proposal to award new five-year
contract to Together for Mental Wellbeing with the new contract
commencing on 01 April 2025. This follows a restricted tender
process where Together for Mental Wellbeing scored the highest of
the four short listed providers.

Decision

1.   
To approve the contract award to Together for Mental Wellbeing for
the Provision of Supported Housing to Residents with Complex Mental
Health Needs at an estimated cost of £323,296 per annum
– for five years from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030. There is
an option to extend for two years, until 31 March 2032. The
contract value is £1,616,480 for the initial contract period
and £2,263,072 including the extension period.
