the Provision of Supported Housing to Residents with Complex Mental
Health Needs at an estimated cost of £323,296 per annum
– for five years from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030. There is
an option to extend for two years, until 31 March 2032. The
contract value is £1,616,480 for the initial contract period
and £2,263,072 including the extension period.
