Purpose

This decision is to enter into a Service Level
Agreement with South Bank Employers Group (SBEG) between April 2025
and March 2029 to administer London Eye Section 106 funds on behalf
of the Council. To deliver the obligations of the Section 106
Agreement, to mitigate the impacts on the local environment and
community.

Decision

1.         
To approve the new Service Level Agreement between
London Borough of Lambeth Council and the
South Bank Employers’ Group for the
delivery of services in accordance with the Section 106 Agreement
for the London Eye, for the period of 01 April 2025 to the 31 March
2029. Noting that an annual decision is required to approve funding
for each financial year.

 

2.         
To agree the spend of £763,281 from 01 April 2025 to 31
March 2026 for the delivery of services in accordance with the
Section 106 Agreement for the London Eye.

 

3.         
To delegate to the Corporate Director of Resident
and Enabling Services the power to agree changes to the payment
schedule for financial year 2025 – 2026.
