Purpose

To approve the procurement strategy outlined
in this report to enter into a direct negotiation with Guy’s
and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) with King’s
College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KCH) for the recommissioning
of Integrated Sexual Health Services (ISHS) for a period of three
years with the option for two extensions for two years each,
subject to council approval.

Public Health ISHS contracts with GSTT and KCH are held by Lambeth
on behalf of both Lambeth and Southwark Councils.

Lambeth are the lead commissioning organisation for ISHS on behalf
of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, for which a tripartite
agreement is in place.

Services (ISHS) to King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation
Trust (KCH) for a period of three years from 1 April 2024 with the
option for two extensions for two years each, taking the contract

£2.790M, and over seven years is £6.509M if all
extensions are used.
