Purpose

Report seeking approval of a variation to the
existing contract for the Provision of Parking Enforcement and
Related Services – Reprographics services (LCF000577) and to
consider the additional expenditure on this contract, due to the
provision of the services.

Decision

To approve
an increase to the current contract value for the Provision of
Parking Enforcement and Related Services with Capita PLC, which
will cover the costs outlined in this report. The contract
commenced 1 January 2017 and expires 31 December 2025. An increase
of £1,864,460.28 is currently required to cover additional
costs incurred on this contract, due to an expansion of services
and increases to postage costs. This increase should cover all
costs until the expiry of the contract in December 2025. The new
maximum contract value will be £5,708,708.28
