Purpose

To approve the procurement strategy, which
will involve direct award to TYCO through the ESPO framework. This
is for the purpose of awarding a Supply, Installation and
Maintenance contract, covering CCTV Infrastructure.

Decision

1. To
approve the award of Supply, Installation and Maintenance of
CCTV Infrastructure to Tyco
Fire and Integrated Solutions UK Ltd for a period of four years at
a cost of £3m with the option to extend for two further
periods of two years (4+2+2) from 24 April 2024 to 23 April 2032
for a total cost of £6.1m for the eight years.
