Decision

1.    
That upon receipt of £8,800 from the
applicant, the Council publishes a notice of intent to make an
order (the “Order”) under section 247(2A) of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1990 (the “Act”) to remove
(“stop up”) the part of Granby Place illustrated at
Appendix A – Granby Place – Stopping Up Drawing
to the report.

 
2.    
That if, by the end of the 28-day consultation
period, no objections have been received, or any objections
received are withdrawn, then the Assistant Director of
Infrastructure, Environment, Public Realm, and Climate Change
Delivery will request that the Order be made as an unopposed
Order.
 
3.    
If objections are received and are not withdrawn and
the Mayor of London decides that an inquiry is necessary, the
Council shall cause an inquiry to be held.
