Decision

1.         
To appoint Montagu Evans to lead and manage a team to deliver the
activities detailed at Appendix A, following a statutory compliant
tender process. The contract sum is £998,113.22 for the
service across the three estates, including a 10% contingency of
£90,737.60. The appointment is estimated to run from 01 May
2024 to April 2025, with potential for a three-month extension to
July 2025 if required.
