Purpose

To approve the proposal that the London
Borough of Lambeth enter into a Section 75 Arrangement with South
London and Maudsley for the continued delivery of community based
drug and alcohol treatment.

To enter into a Section 75, Inter Agency Agreement
for drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services with the South
London and Maudsley (SLaM) NHS
Foundation Trust from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 with an option
to extend for a further three years in one-year increments meaning
the potential total contract value could be £19,789,340; and
 

2.    
To delegate the power to agree the terms of the
Agreement to the Director of Public Health.
