Purpose

This proposed decision authorises the
allocation of funds from the Lambeth Community Infrastructure Levy
(CIL) receipts for 2023-2024, to fund officer costs associated with
the feasibility, scoping, design, consultation, business case
development and ongoing management of internal and external
delivery partners, associated with infrastructure projects within
the Sustainable Growth & Opportunity directorate.

Decision

1.                
To request a total amount of £3,756,545 of Community
Infrastructure Levy and Section 106 payments. £2,581,000 is
to fund the progression of infrastructure projects through the
Regeneration and Housing Growth and Climate, Planning and Transport
divisions and £100,000 is for s106 monitoring fees to the
Climate, Planning and Transport division for the financial year
2023-2024.

To allocate up to £1,075,545 to fund the Community
Infrastructure Levy administration costs for the financial year
2023-2024
