Decision

1.         
To extend and vary the contract with Women in Prison for the
delivery of increased capacity and recovery-based programmes within
the Beth Centre for an additional twelve-month period from 1 April
2024 – 31 March 2025 at a cost of £246,230.43 and a total contract value of
£333,824.43. The commissioned services will encompass all
funded activities outside of the Commissioned
Rehabilitative Services contract.
 

2.         
To apply a Waiver of the council’s Contract Standing Orders
under clause 17.2(c) to permit a Variation of the existing
contract.
