Decision

1.    
To award a contract to Core+ (part of The
Access Group) for the provision, implementation, and hosting of the
Youth Justice SaaS (Software as a Service) systemvia Direct Award
through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 13 Framework at
a cost of £107,000 over the period from 1 April 2024 to 31
March 2027.
 

2.    
To allocate £53,000 from the currently
unallocated theme budget for Digital Transformation in the existing
Capital Investment Programme (CIP) approved by Cabinet in July 2020
to fund the implementation and year 1 costs of this
contract.
