Purpose

To enter into lease agreements with
Centrepoint for two disused sites of land.

Decision

1)   
To authorise Climate and Inclusive Growth Officers to agree terms
to enter into an Agreement for Lease, for the disused site of land
at Charter’s Close in Gipsy Hill Ward (the Site), subject to
conditions, from Spring of 2024.

 
2)   
On grant of planning consent, for development of the off-site
constructed homes for employed young people, to authorise officers
to grant a lease to Centrepoint at a peppercorn rent and at nil
premium for a term of 60 years, subject to conditions being met
from Summer of 2024.
 
3)   
To delegate Officers to enter into such other legal agreements,
such as nominations agreements from Summer of 2024.
