Purpose

To approve the allocation of feasibility and
capital funding for the development and delivery of key projects as
part of the Waterloo station masterplan.

Decision

1.         
To endorse the masterplan vision document, and
associated supporting documents, completed in September
2023. 
 

2.         
To approve the development of a Supplementary
Planning Document, to support and formalise the masterplan
vision.
 

3.         
To approve the Waterloo Station Masterplan Programme
of commissioning, feasibility and delivery projects.
 
4.         
To approve the allocation of £1,500,000 to
fund the three-year Waterloo Station Masterplan
Programme.
 
5.         
To have regard to the Equality Impact Assessment
prepared for the purposes of this report (Appendix 2).
