Decision

1.         
To approve a waiver of the Contract Standing Orders 17.2(a) as
supported by the legal comment in 4.3 of this report.

2.         
To approve the total expenditure, up to a maximum of
£300,000, to Summer Events Ltd, to manage the Lambeth Country
Show in 2024.

3.         
To approve and issue a Park Event Permit allowing the Lambeth
Country Show 2024 to be held in Brockwell Park on Saturday 8 June
to Sunday 9 June 2024, subject to the Council’s event service
protocols and terms and conditions of hire.
